This machine is realized for stack plates pallettizzation. The plates that arrive from production line, are taken by the plunger and placed on pallet. When the pallet is finished the operator unloads it by transpallet.
This line was projected and built with the double purpose, to manipulate plates and to complete a beading machine, or to palletize the plates coming from the line and place them on a euro pallet.
In the first case the working schedule, foresees the manual pallet alimentation previously palletized with plates with the same dimension, on the conveyor belt; this conveyor transports the pallet in an exact position, where there is a manipulator that takes 2 lines of plates and puts them on the other conveyor belt, in which it’s installed a true system.
The conveyor belt transfer transports the plates to the beading machine. When the pallet is empty, the machine piles the pallet to facilitate the job of pallet truck driver.
In the second case, the palletizing phase, foresees the line plates coming from a conveyor belt; here the machine centers the plates before transferring them on the pallet using a manipulator. When the palletizing is finished the machine can foresee the automatic pallet transfer, or the manual unloading by forklift truck.
The machine software foresees the possibility to manage in base to your production programs.
