This calenders series for the production of plastic layers is made for customers which require a high quality product, in minimum production spaces and with the possibility of direct feeding from the thermoforming machine or winding reels used in warehouses, this all within complete operational security. The three calendering rollers, which on request can feature chrome or embossed surface, are equipped with a special circuit for forced recirculating water cooling. A thermo-fluid control group regulates and monitors the rollers temperature which can vary by product and thickness to obtain. Even the small size of the machine, which can be inserted between extruder and film molding machine, was specifically studied to bring the layer to an ideal temperature before entering the molding machine.

A security system allows the opening of the rollers for about 100 mm in case of emergency, ensuring the safety of personnel involved in the operations. The opening of the rollers also makes easier and speeds up the in-grille introduction of the layer like rollers cleaning and maintenance. The layer towing is provided by two rubber rollers, also featuring 100 mm emergency opening.
