Panels cutting machine is suitable for both high quantity and quality productions. Born to meet a specific need of one of our customers and integrated in our own manufactured joist production line, is realised with a completely closed and finished frame. Under the cutting surface, it has a sliding trolley for blades, with a ride of 6600 mm and a cut speed of 1.1 mt/sec.
Two ø = 400mm blades are activated by SIEMENS motors, mounted on double rocker arm with pneumatic lifting. The cut is executed in the two directions, with blades stopping at the panel end.
The panel press, with pneumatic lifting, is equipped with two excluders for dust containment, with 4 aspiration elements.
The panels cutting machine is equipped with protection screens, in conformity to what recommended for completely automatic machines. The panel dedicated to blade change is controlled by a safety sensor. The machine is normally supplied with pushing machine and motorized rollers mounted on panels lift.
