Joist setting up line - line built to improve wood / mdf / chipboard panels storage

Plant built with the purpose to improve the wood / mdf / chipboard panels storage, it creates the joist that are positioned on or under the panels pack. Joists built with the help of our machines using panels of second choice.

The plant is completely automatic and the machines which compose it self-adjust the working parameters on the base of the dimensions of the pile coming from the packaging line. The possible packaging typologies are:

• Pile rolled up with extendible film

• Hoop-iron + support joist

• Extendible film + hoop-iron + support joist

• Joist positioning on the pack upper face with or without film

The plant can be divided in three zones:

1) Panels cutting machine

2) Joist moulding station

3) Panels packaging line
