This line was born to package radiators on cartons that are previously punched out and cut, on the base of the product dimensions. The plant is completely automatic, the operator has only to put carton packs on the roller conveyor.
The machine working cycle foresees the carton picking up and positioning on the store station. Here a manipulator picks the radiator up from the assembly line and puts it on the carton, starting flaps closing. The operation ends on the gluing station with the final closure.
Packagings can be studied and executed for any product.
The plant can be provided of a boxes palletization system at line end.
