Applicator for non sticky labels on various surfaces
APPE is our automatic labels applicator, thought to standardize and speed up a particular and laborious operation: the application of non sticky labels on various materials.
The structure is strong, with an aluminum frame and polycarbonate windows.
The machine is equipped with two inspection doors and safety controls, in order to allow a simple and safe use.
The control room is heated, so the machine can be used at lower temperatures avoiding printing difficulties.
The completely automatic system allows to apply up to 10 labels per minute.
APPE can easily be charged with paper reels and staples normally available in commerce.
The printing operations are handled by pc, while a plc controls the pneumatic machine movements.
Once printed, the label is cut and applied on the chosen box using four staplers.
A visual and acoustic signal advises the operator before paper and staples could finish so that it can be promptly recharged.
APPE works automatically getting the instructions directly from your pc. It allows to cost savings using normal paper reels instead of adhesive ones, letting the operator free to execute other tasks.
