MDF panels pallettizing machine

Plant that provides to centre, strap and put panel packs, on pallet, with variable dimensions according to package and palletizzation program selected.

Plant for the MDF panels pallettization, that provides to centre, strap and put panel packs on pallet with variable dimensions according to package dimensions and to the palletizzation program selected.

The plant is completely automatic, ran by inverter and controlled by brushless motors. The working cycle starts when the package comes from the alimentation rollers conveyor, here happens the frontal and side centering, then the package is transferred to the strapping machines (two). The package is pushed to the rotating station and directed on the base of the strapping program. The palletized packs can be strapped with the pallet, or filmed.
