Metal sheets pallettizing system located on the forming press exit, composed by:
1) Accelerating rollers conveyor
2) Two axes pallettizer with electromagnets grip system
3) Motorized shuttle for the loading and the unloading of metal sheets.

This machine was projected and built to palletize the metal sheet coming from molding press machine. It is usually located upstream of the palletizing plane. The metal sheet is taken from the roller conveyor, equipped with a centering system, using a manipulator equipped with magnets and then transferred to a shuttle, where it is dropped off and piled up with the previous metal sheets, as far as the package is ultimated. The shuttle exits from the line protected area while the manipulator continues to load another shuttle.
The line is studied to work metal sheets with different dimensions. The only task of the operator is the unloading of the shuttle with a pallet truck.
This system with a suction grip device can be used for MDF or chipboard panels
