Automatic line for the inserting of glass, protection paper, and the MDF back, on the frame edges, that can be in plastic, aluminium, wood.
The line doesn’t need any operators but only the personnel who supplies it of the materials necessary to frame composition; it was created to obtain a production of about 6 sec/piece, and offers quick and simple production changes.
The frames dimensions to assembly can change from minimum of 130 x 90 mm to maximum 1000 x 700 mm, while the thickness can change from 10 to 50 mm.
The line can be customized on the base of customer needs.
