Reel is created to roll up the foil with maximum thickness 2 mm , that comes from calender line with maximum speed feed 40 mt / min, in reel with max diameter 1000 mm.
Built with a strong frame and plate sides containment welded and worked by machines tools.
It is prearranged for a jib crane for the unloading of the roll and it has the possibility to be installed on the idles rollers, that can slide in the same calender line guides.
The reel has two independent motorized axles with variable speed synchronized to calender line. The maximum length reel is 1500 mm, roll up in a aluminium pneumatic axle with diameter Ø148 mm or Ø74 mm and maximum loading capacity of 1200 Kg.
